I streamlined our department's development process by giving our marketers the ability to generate html email code rather than rely on the software development team. This resulted in quicker times to production and the developers working on higher level projects.
Responsive redesign of Meatless Monday, a non-profit initiative of The Monday Campaigns in collaboration with Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. I converted over two dozen templates to a responsive design and added mobile-specific UI enhancements.
Using site analytics, I reordered the most visited type of content, the recipe section, on mobile to make it the primary site content. A docked navbar on the bottom of the screen has links to the two most visited sections along with a 'More' link to allow for access to the rest of the site.
The MTA wanted to experiment with allowing workers with mobile phones to report on station issues requiring action. Their current process used terminals located in station booths or offices.
The solution was a form based app with streamlined interactions that allows for queueing incident reports when cell reception is unavailable.
